On April 9, 2009, Homegrown Games (developer) and JoWooD Entertainment (publisher) presented Painkiller Resurrection, a sequel/spin-off to the original game.

We modelled, textured and animated about 5 new characters; we also polished most of the old ones from the original title from 2004.
